Construction Excellence

David Hardie started his construction experience as a welder and pipefitter in the US Navy in 1978. In 1981, he began working as a carpenter, building all types, size and styles of Fence in Colorado, California and New York until 1985 when he started working as a commercial framing contractor in Southern California. In 1991, David moved to Ft. Collins Colorado and started a partner business, building residential track homes. He went out on his own, as D Hardie Built in 1997. Besides his independent projects at that time, he Sub contracted out as a framing foreman, running 40 to 50 men crews, framing commercial construction projects such as Retail Strip Malls, Schools, Apartment building etc. He relocated to the Clear Lake Area of Houston in the summer of 2005 and renamed the company, Rocket City Remodeling.
